Glen Homes, a distinguished construction company with over 5 years of dedicated service, is currently seeking an Administration and Support Specialist to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and are committed to contributing to the success of a dynamic organization, we want to hear from you.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including contracts, invoices, and project documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Arrange travel plans and accommodations for team members when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong sales background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of security services, industry regulations, and compliance requirements are also needed.

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
